VIA Concerts
The VIA Concerts series takes place in a very special venue: the former Geiling winery in Bacharach.
This building is now the seat of the “VIA-Platten” cement tiles manufacturing company which presents these concerts together with the Sankt Goar International Music Festival and Academy.
Through this series, the Academy accomplishes its educational mission, as well as its goal of bringing top level classical music to the Upper Middle Rhine Valley to audiences. All audiences, regardless of their financial situation, can enjoy these concerts since they are presented on a free admission basis, although voluntary donations are encouraged in order to guarantee the survival of the series as well as the remuneration of the artists featured in the series.
